The shortest term plan

Standard £150 per month

All plans work off a standard £150 fee per month and consist of a similar coaching structure.

2 Hours of Dedicated Professional Time

Each month of input purchased within a package represents 2 hours of dedicated professional time. This is split into: 1 Hour of Direct Contact Time and 1 Hour of Dedicated Administration Time.

Direct Contact Time: This is highly flexible and tailored to your family’s needs. It can consist of adult coaching, modelled and child interaction.

Dedicated Administration Time: Pre and post direct contact (session) time. This covers the vital background work that drives your family’s success. This might include:
- Targeted Research: Tailored curriculum or behavioral analysis specific to your needs.
- Resource Curation: Sourcing and creating custom tools and materials for your family.
- Post-Session Summaries: Clear, actionable takeaways delivered after our meetings.
- Signposting: Directing you to trusted external resources and specialists.

Telephone Guidance

This is available upon request and agreed for a mutually convenient time. It is great for an unexpected incident where you may want advice/to talk it through or a piece of homework that has come home and you want to know how to approach it.

Continuity Benefit

To support families looking for sustainable, long-term change, packages include a Continuity Benefit. This reduces the monthly investment for ongoing plans, ensuring your family receives consistent, high-impact support as you build on your progress.

No two families are the same, which is why Family Education Coaching packages are fully customised. While monthly packages share a baseline structure and price, the strategy, tools, and support are built entirely around your goals.

All coaching begins with an Initial Consultation.

Initial Consultation

New Family Discovery Form: Completed prior to consultation. This gives important information that guides us through our consultation.

Pre-Meeting Preparation: A thorough review of your New Family Discovery Form. All shared educational history and family information ensures I am fully prepared for our time together.

The Consultation: A 1-hour collaborative session. We will explore your current family situation including your family dynamics, history and current picture. We will ascertain what you are hoping to achieve and how Family Education Coaching could meet your needs.

Post-Meeting Summary: A digital summary pack could contain bespoke recommendations, tailored activity ideas and targeted signposting to support your next steps.

Payment

The Initial Consultation is payable on completion
To secure your block booking and establish our regular session times, the 3-Month Family Coaching Plan is payable upfront, before our first scheduled session.
The 6-Month and 12-Month Annual Coaching Partnership can be paid in a single payment or broken into monthly payments. The continuity benefit is applied in month 6 or month 11 and 12 depending on the plan.
Payment is via bank transfer
A detailed breakdown of payments can be found in the 'Terms of Business' which is sent out via email upon the completion of New Family Discovery Form.

How it works - the Flow

1. Make contact via email

2. Through either an initial phone call or email thread, if you'd like to progress with Family Education Coaching, we'll make a date for the Initial Consultation and you'll be sent a link to complete a New Family Discovery Form

3. Complete the form (agreements needed at this point to process your sensitive information) - this forms the basis of our discussions in the Initial Consultation

4. Initial Consultation - preferably in your home setting - adult only conversation

5. Agree to a Plan - Terms of Business are sent and a date for the first coaching session is made.

Travel Time and Mileage

To support families across a wider geographic area while balancing the time spent on the road, travel costs are structured transparently as follows:

Travel Time:

Travel time is included for all locations within a 30-minute drive each way from my base near Junction 29/30 of the M5 at Exeter.

For journeys exceeding 30 minutes each way (more than a one-hour round trip), additional drive time is valued at £40 per hour. Travel times are calculated using Google Maps, based on the expected journey time of the quickest route.

Mileage Contribution:

To cover vehicle and transport costs, mileage is calculated and charged for all return journeys at a standard rate of £0.45 per mile.

Example Journey: If a one-way journey takes 19 minutes and covers 14.2 miles (resulting in a return journey of 38 minutes and 28.4 miles total):

Drive Time: No charge (as the one-way time is under 30 minutes).
Mileage: 28.4 miles x £0.45 = £12.78 (applied to the full return journey).
